Attorneys, Professionals, and Executives
Being in a high powered environment can be exciting, stimulating and challenging
Sometimes things move smoothly - and other times we may hit bumps in the road. Many of my clients have the knowledge and “hard skills” to do their work, but when dynamics with colleagues, managers, and clients become complicated, they discover they need to develop new skills - skills that they don’t often teach in school.

Skills such as:
Stress and burn out are common in these high powered environments, as well as anxiety and depression.
When these feelings get big, they interfere with our ability to do good work and often become obstacles on the path to success. I find that many high powered individuals have become so attuned to external expectations and measurements of success that they have lost sight of their own needs and sense of self. For many, this is an important inflection points in their career. You may realize that, in order to be truly successful, you will need to turn inward to develop the clarity, confidence, and courage to navigate your challenging work environment with integrity and authenticity. You will need to develop new skills and focus on long term strategies that will lead you toward long lasting and satisfying success.
Developing these skills often requires us to slow down, take stock, and develop more productive mindsets.
I work with attorneys, executives, and other professionals as they lean into opportunities for growth and develop the necessary skills to navigate challenging work environments.
